When completing the form, please include your site’s URL and as much information as you think I may need; this helps me understand how best to help you.

I generally work with small businesses in the UK on WordPress SEO, but if you have a larger project, my agency can usually accommodate it.

What to expect when you get in touch.

I am pretty busy, so I rarely respond instantly.

I try to respond to all enquiries, even if I don’t think I’ll be a good fit, so you will hear from me as soon as I have time. I only check emails twice per day.

When I get around to your enquiry, I will first email you back with any questions or send you a link to my SEO briefing questionnaire so you can share all the information I need to have a meaningful chat.

I like to speak on Zoom (et al.) with all clients before we agree to do anything – I think it’s important that we meet face-to-face, albeit virtually.

As I have a studio, you are welcome to pop in if you are local.

I am in my studio at Toast, 16 North Bar, Banbury, OXON, OX16 0TF, during office hours.

I appreciate that choosing a WordPress SEO expert is a difficult task.

You can’t spit without hitting an SEO expert, so how do you know who to work with?

This is going to sound strange, but the #1 ranking SEO agency may not be the best fit for your business.

I’ve done extensive research on some of the higher-ranking SEO agencies in the UK, and they are, at best, mixed bags.

A very common practice in this industry is to outsource all the work.

Some high-ranking WP SEO agencies suggest they have 20+ staff and work on 100s of sites, so I spent time checking these claims out.

Many sites claim to have many staff, but they are one-man bands, just like me, and they outsource all the work offshore.

Others rank highly for SEO terms but don’t seem to deliver the same effective SEO to their clients (yes, I ran 100s of audits on their client’s lists, only to see many sites with declining SEO).

Never sign up with an SEO expert who does not meet you (virtually or otherwise), does not ask you an extensive list of questions, and tells you (you have to ask) that they outsource work.

I don’t want to be all doom and gloom, but I speak with lots of people in all my WordPress work who get sold one thing and receive something completely the opposite.

I prefer references to reviews, as so many reviews are fake.

If you would like to speak to some of my previous clients, I can arrange that (via email) so you can get a 100% honest opinion about what I am like to work with and what I do.
